Can we come and view your home?
We warmly welcome visits from anyone wishing to learn more about our home and the care we provide. Visitors are welcome to call in at their convenience, without the need for a prior appointment.
To ensure minimal disruption to our residents, we kindly ask that protected mealtimes are respected and that visits are avoided between 12:30pm and 2:00pm.

How do you promote dignity?
We promote dignity by treating every resident with respect, compassion, and individuality, ensuring their privacy is upheld and their choices, preferences, and independence are valued at all times.
What are the visiting arrangements?
We operate an open visiting policy, and visitors are welcome at any time. To ensure minimal disruption to our residents, we kindly ask that protected mealtimes are respected.
What should new residents bring when they come to stay?
All new residents are provided with a comprehensive user guide, which includes helpful information on what to bring and how to prepare for their stay.
Are residents allowed pets?
We welcome visits from well-behaved pets, as we recognise the comfort and enjoyment they bring to our residents. For safety and consideration of others, we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times during their visit.
What happens after I make my decision to become a resident?
We understand that choosing the right care home can be a significant and sometimes daunting decision. Our team is always happy to welcome you for a visit, provide a guided tour, and discuss your individual needs in detail.
